These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of 12mav.io (the “Site”), operated by 12MAV LLP (“12MAV”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Site content & intellectual property
All content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, design, and code) is owned by or licensed to 12MAV and protected by law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, perform, display, or create derivative works from the content without our prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

Open-source/third-party notices. Certain assets are provided under their respective licenses (e.g., VT323 font under the SIL Open Font License, your CSS under MIT as noted in the file header). Such licenses control the use of those assets.

Acceptable use
You agree not to:
interfere with the Site’s security or operation;
use the Site for unlawful, infringing, or harmful activities;
scrape/crawl or collect information by automated means (except standard search-engine indexing or caching compliant with robots.txt);
perform load/security testing without our prior written consent;
impersonate or misrepresent your affiliation.

Third-party links
The Site may contain links to third-party sites or services. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

No warranties
The Site and content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied (including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement). We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 12MAV and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of profits or revenues, arising from or related to your use of the Site. Where direct liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid (if any) to access the Site in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to the Site and these Terms
We may modify or discontinue the Site (in whole or in part) at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing law; venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, without regard to conflicts of laws principles. Where permitted by law, you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Kazakhstan.

Miscellaneous
Severability. If any part of these Terms is held invalid, the remainder remains in effect.
No waiver. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
Assignment. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Entire agreement. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 12MAV regarding the Site.
